Zutaten:
- 1 glass of efko cherries pure
- 500 g soy yogurt
- 30 g of icing sugar
- Juice of an organic lemon
- Ice mold
- Wooden sticks
Zubereitung EN:
Strain efko cherries pure and puree the pitted cherries with a hand blender. Add yogurt, icing sugar and lemon juice. Mix all ingredients and pour into popsicle cans. Insert the wooden sticks into the popsicle cans and place in the freezer.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or, better still, overnight.
